Taylor Cole

Executive Director
Taylor Cole

Taylor received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Technology from Emmanuel College in Boston in 2004. Her passion for helping others recover from substance abuse and mental illness led her to the field of behavioral health. Prior to her employment at The Redpoint Center, she worked as a case manager, family advocate, admissions director, director of operations in a number of programs across northern Colorado. In addition, Taylor served as a business development representative for a national organization. In 2019 she became an unlicensed therapist. With more than 15 years of experience in the field of mental health and substance abuse, she joined The Redpoint Center in 2017.

Taylor’s diversity allows her to serve The Redpoint Center on many levels. Since she has a keen understanding of organizations from an operational and client centered lens, she has created a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. She consistently performs her job with empathy, compassion, and exuberance, and her door is always open for coworkers and clients. Above all, Taylor’s goal is to help people heal. She believes that in any circumstance people can heal and grow.

Taylor loves spending time in the outdoors with her two sons, enjoying all Colorado has to offer. And LEGO’s. Lots of LEGO’s.
