Jay Fullam, MA, LPC

Jay Fullam received his Masters in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University and graduated from the University of Colorado with a BA in Marketing. Jay has been working in the field of addictions for the last ten years in a number of capacities. Jay got his start in the field of addictions and mental health as a primary mentor at AIM House transitional living program, as a therapist at the Harmony Foundation in Estes Park, and helped found the Redpoint Center in 2017. He spent the last three years working as the Program Supervisor at Jaywalker Lodge in Carbondale, CO. He now works as the Program Director of Redpoint West located in Glenwood Springs, CO. Jay has witnessed the profound effectiveness of a community-oriented outpatient level of care and has made it his life mission to help those in search of a more fulfilling way of life.

As a therapist, Jay believes it is imperative to do his own personal work to best serve his clients. His own experience with mindfulness in recovery and endurance sports has lead him to believe in the value of connecting to ones own inherent goodness and the importance of challenging oneself to develop a relationship with their own internal world. In addition, he believes that by connecting with one’s community, the natural world, and ones purpose anyone can achieve long lasting sobriety. Jay is a dedicated father, husband, cyclist, runner, and fly fisherman.
